She has a Masters of Divinity from Tyndale Seminary and a PhD in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, which allow her to not only address therapeutic issues, but also equip her with a keen understanding of how the Christian faith integrates with and infiltrates all of our lives. Troyce Roe was fortunate to be born into a family with a strong Christian heritage. However, she learned early that her own personal experience with Christ was of utmost importance and she gave her heart to Jesus at a very young age. She has a heart after God and loves to be involved in helping people to become more passionately related to Him. She has contributed to the life of the church in varying capacities over the years, including twelve years with Aglow International Canada in leadership roles on a local and area board level.
Bookkeeping has been her work career for over 40 years, 24 of which were spent with one firm. When it downsized, life took an unexpected turn which eventually led her to start her own business. For Troyce, life is ministry.
Her journey has been one of learning to face life’s many challenges in the strength and rest of the LORD. She looks for ways to gain perspective and wisdom, as well as welcoming opportunities to bless others with what she has gleaned in the process. She is known to be approachable and interruptible. She loves life and maintains a deep faith in God and His Word.

C4 Church is known for a mix of cut-through-the-noise expository Bible teaching and creative worship experiences where God’s presence is felt powerfully and people sing their hearts out.
C4 is seeing lives transformed, marriages restored, prodigals return, young people engaged, and miraculous signs and wonders.
The songs C4 Worship sings, writes, and records in this season are an outpouring of praise to God for what he is doing amongst us in a season of revival. We pray that C4 Worship would minister to Christ and to his Church as we give Him the glory and pray for His Kingdom come.

There have been incredible stories of hope, life-change, resiliency but also tragic stories of pain and disappointment. But through it all, they know that Christ remains the centre and foundation of it all; all for His glory and fame. They believe in the church and it’s ability to reach our world as well as its importance in everyone’s lives. Thus, they have committed themselves to growing and investing in it. Today Nicole lives in Bowmanville and her family calls C4 Church home.
Joanna La Fleur
After completing an undergrad in Communications and Business, Joanna began her career in the world of high tech marketing and PR, before learning that she didn’t care so much for the “big black boxes” she was selling. She began to make some shifts towards using her skill set for church communications- something she continues to be passionate about and now works in full time. Recently she finished her Masters in Theology at University of Toronto, with a thesis focus in how to use the latest digital communication tools for evangelism and discipleship. She believes that the Church has the most important message in the world, so she’s trying to help churches be the best communicators in the world. For Joanna, the primary focus of this work is as Creative Communications Director at C4 Church. Joanna brings authenticity, passion, and intelligence to the work of communicating things that matter. Whether in speaking, writing, or Instagram, she uses every platform as an opportunity to invite more people into meaningful conversations with just enough cheekiness to put audiences at ease. She is a proud aunt to 11 nieces and nephews, co-host on the “See Hear Love” women’s webshow, a Board Member with InterServe Canada, a delegate of Canada’s Millennial Think Tank, and an advisor to the Institute of Evangelism at Wycliffe College. At a party, you’ll find her close to the guacamole and people who smile.
